Il 6 aprile 2018 uscirà Forever Words, l’album tributo a Johnny Cash in cui saranno musicate alcune delle sue poesie da parte di artisti come Chris Cornell (Soundgarden, Audioslave), Elvs Costello, T. Bone Burnett, Willie Nelson, Jayhawks, Rosanne Cash, Kris Kristofferson, John Mellencamp, Jewel, The Jayhawks, Brad Paisley e molti altri.

Forever Words è il nuovo disco tributo – prodotto dal figlio John Carter Cash – al cantante country di Kingsland che prende il nome dalla sua omonima raccolta di poesie. Sedici canzoni interpretate dagli artisti che emotivamente si sentono più legati alle interpretazioni dell’autore di Folsom Prison Blues.
Il disco uscirà in doppio vinile, CD e in formato digitale.
