I Korn hanno annunciato il nuovo album in studio “Requiem” in uscita il 4 febbraio 2022 su Loma Recordings/Virgin, anticipato dal primo singolo “Start The Healing”, il cui video è diretto da Tim Saccenti (Flying Lotus, Run The Jewels, Depeche Mode). 

<<Volevo trasportare lo spettatore in un viaggio emotivo, una morte e una rinascita viscerali e catartiche>> per aiutare lo spettatore del video di “Start The Healing” nelle sue lotte personali, afferma Tim Saccenti, in un viaggio nella mitologia dei Korn per creare un surreale incubo horror. Con “Requiem”, i Korn si sono presi più tempo rispetto ai suoi predecessori, anche dovuto all’epoca pandemica in cui stiamo vivendo, dando vita a un processo creativo senza eguali, a tre anni da “The Nothing” del 2019.
