“Children of the Revolution” interpretata da Kesha è il terzo estratto appena uscito dal tributo “AngelHeaded Hipster: The Songs of Marc Bolan & T. Rex” in uscita il 4 settembre 2020 su BMG.
La versione originale del 1972 di “Children of the Revolution” vedeva Elton John al pianoforte, Ringo Starr alla batteria e fu registrata per la prima volta per il film-concerto dedicato a Bolan, “Born To Boogie” diretto dall’ex Beatles.
Il video fonde le riprese della registrazione originale di Bolan (con Elton e Ringo), con l’interpretazione di Kesha, la band in studio, il produttore Hal Willner e le riprese dei meravigliosi fan di Marc degli anni ’70.
Il prossimo brano in uscita sarà ‘Jeepster’ di Joan Jett previsto per l’8 luglio
