Joan Baez, ascolta la nuova canzone “Whistle Down The Wind”, l’album esce a marzo – COPERTINA E TRACKLIST

La cantante e attivista statunitense Joan Baez ha annunciato l’uscita del nuovo album per il 2 marzo 2018 a 10 anni dal precedente Day After Tomorrow del 2008 e pubblica il primo singolo estratto dal disco, Whistle Down The Wind.

Joan Baez, artista di New York classe 1941, ha da poco annunciato il ritiro dalle scene live e ha annunciato la pubblicazione del nuovo album Whistle Down The Wind per il 2 marzo 2018. Dal disco è stato estratto il brano che dà il titolo all’album, Whistle Down The Wind appunto. Il nuovo LP è prodotto da Joe Henry e registrato a Los Angeles e contiene brani inediti e cover firmati da Tom Waits, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Anohni e Josh Ritter. La title track è scritta proprio da Tom Waits e originariamente pubblicata nel suo disco Bone Machine del 1992. E’ stata inoltre diffusa la tracklist di Whistle Down The Wind che trovate di seguito.
