I System Of A Down hanno annunciato le prime date del tour negli Stati Uniti d’America da tre anni a questa parte, per ora parliamo solamente di cinque concerti: Aftershock Festival (14 ottobre, Sacramento), San Bernardino (13 ottobre, con gli Incubus), Phoenix (16 ottobre), San Diego (17 ottobre) e Las Vegas (19 ottobre), questi ultimi tre insieme agli At The Drive In e Skeleton Witch. La band guidata da Serj Tankian manca dal mercato discografico da ben 13 anni, l’ultimo disco di studio è infatti Mesmerize del 2005 e i fan sperano che la band alternative metal statunitense possa finalmente pubblicare quest’anno il nuovo LP.
I System Of A Down si sono esibiti in Italia nel 2017 al Firenze Rocks.
