La formazione americana dei Mercury Rev ha pubblicato il nuovo brano “Okolona River Bottom Ban” insieme alla pianista e cantautrice Norah Jones contenuto nell’album “The Delta Sweete Revisited” in uscita l’8 febbraio per Bella Union. Il disco è un tributo al brano “The Delta Sweete” di Bobbie Gentry del 1968.

“The Delta Sweete Revisited” vede la collaborazione di numerose cantanti, tra le quali Norah Jones, Hope Sandoval, Beth Orton, Lucinda Williams, Rachel Goswell, Vashti Bunyan, Marissa Nadler, Susanne Sundfør, Phoebe Bridgers, Margo Price e altre.
